The Opportunity
The 360 Business Enablement & Smarter Operations tribe mission is to provide a smarter and safer experience for our Customers and our Store Teams.
We do this by partnering across the Group to unlock economic end-to-end (e2e) value through the discovery, development and deployment of innovative technology and process transformation.
The Business Analyst role will partner across the Program and the wider Business to validate the e2e economics of our Pipeline of Projects and support bringing these innovations to life in store.
What you’ll do
Partner with project stakeholders to provide timely insight on e2e program performance (Customer & Team & P&L) with a keen eye on future risk or opportunities
Lead the development of detailed project reviews and business cases
Provide financial leadership and governance within the Project Squads you will support
Assist the Senior Finance Manager in articulating initiative strategies and preparing/presenting updates to key stakeholders
Contribute to the forecast and budgeting process for project Opex & Capex and Program Overheads
Partner with the business units to budget and forecast
What you’ll bring
- An organized and curious self-starter with at least 1-2 years of finance experience and a strong drive for execution.
- Confidence in influencing and communicating with stakeholders
Experience with accessing data through GCP
A flair for turning data into actionable insights
CA / CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred but not essential
Good understanding of operating within large matrix organisations
