What you’ll do:
As Business Analyst you will provide essential analytical support and coordination across all major transformation workstreams. In this role, you will ensure that program data—financial, operational, and delivery milestones—is consistently collected, validated, aggregated, and presented as one coherent story to the Executive Sponsors and the Program Office, helping deliver the objective to generate value over the next 3 years.
Key responsibilities include:
Reporting Cadence Management: Coordinate inputs from ~25 transformation leads to produce weekly status updates and monthly performance reports.
Data Aggregation: Collect and validate financial estimates and qualitative updates across all streams and Projects to ensure a consistent view of performance.
Executive Visualizations: Rapidly create clear, executive-ready presentations and data visualizations to tell the program's value story.
Analytical Support: Provide essential coordination and analytical support across all transformation workstreams to help deliver the 3-year value objective.
Process Rigour: Maintain a consistent methodology for program management, including risk/issue management and dependency mapping.
What you’ll bring:
Core Experience: 3+ years in a business analyst, reporting, or PMO role within a complex corporate or program environment.
Data Synthesis: Exceptional ability to manage and validate large, disparate datasets from multiple business units.
Visual Communication: Expert-level skills in Google Slides and the ability to synthesize data into clear narratives for executive oversight.
Program Knowledge: Familiarity with program management methodologies, including roadmaps and benefit realization tracking.
Adaptability: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing program requirements.
