What you’ll do  

  • Managing daily throughput and volumes  across all areas of control to deliver in full and on time to our customers.
  • Lead and contribute to strategy development and performance improvement across the CFC
  • Lead your team in building strong working relationships with external partners
  • Manage a diverse shift based team across multiple areas within the CFC, ensuring adherence to all process and procedures
  • Supporting the recruitment and development of  team
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends and prioritise issues, then make effective decisions and deploy resources as needed.

What you’ll bring 

  • Knowledge of Picking/Packing and dispatch process within an online retail environment
  • Experience managing the development, performance, and engagement of team members
  • Previous experience in a fast paced and changing environment, whilst ensuring key deliverables and time frames are met
  • Have the ability to coordinate a diverse range of tasks and deliver a positive result
  • Experience working to a budget to achieve business targets
