About the role
As an Assistant Workforce Planner, you will support the Workforce Planner in ensuring plans meet operational needs and drive labour efficiency. You will assist with the delivery of payroll, expenses, system updates, and lead the team in the absence of your manager.
What you'll do
- Support labour and forecast planning for the next six weeks.
- Assist in entering and publishing team rosters
- Ensure adherence to payroll processes, including timely and accurate payments, Visa requirements and the scheduling of first aid and mental health attendants for all hours of operation, seven days a week.
- Work with the Workforce Planner on payroll and roster managment
- Support weekly payroll CSA checks for accuracy
- Provide support to the national payroll team as needed.
What you'll bring
- A background in retail roles with a focus on support functions
- Experience in supporting a payroll department
- Understanding of online order fulfilment processes and systems
- Knowledgeable in inventory management, production, and replenishment practices
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Effective time management, planning, and organisational tasks
- Ability to assist in coaching and engaging team members
- Experience in using computer, digital tools and resources
