About the role

 

To assist the Fulfilment Manager to lead and support a team of online personal shoppers to provide an exceptional level of service to all online customers, ensuring orders are picked and packed on time and to the high standards our customers expect.

 

What you'll do

 

  • Assist Fulfilment Manager to put team and customers first through the day-to-day management of the department
  • Coach teams to deliver great shopping experiences through superb store standards in Food Safety, Safety and On-Time Departure Home Delivery
  • Ensure on time delivery to our customers
  • Help shape the future of online shopping

 

What you'll bring

 

Your passion for retailing, merchandising, team leadership and development will directly impact our sales and the overall success of our store.

 

  • Ability to listen and learn and show genuine care for both team and customers
  • A drive to work collaboratively and work end to end as one team
  • Believes in always doing the right thing
  • Ability to work in a past paced and complex environment
  • Experience leading teams to deliver day to day running of a department
  • Previous food safety operational experience
