What you’ll do
Manage the financial KPIs for the category across sales, profit, inventory and promotional margin
Support the development and maintenance of the range & mange the buy plan and master data to ensure accuracy
Utilise data and insights to ensure the range and promotional offers are customer led and deliver to the expected ROI
Manage the Non-financial KPIs for Voice of Supplier, Voice of Team and Voice of Customer
Develop our strategic supplier relationships through effective communication and negotiation in regards to promotional investment and executions (aligning to KPI’s).
What you’ll bring
Previous experience in Buying or Category management is preferred
Promotional Strategy, and bringing new products to market
A broad skill set in increasing sales and profit through implementation of strategic program initiatives
Analytical skills and understanding of customer insights to make informed decisions
Demonstrated the ability to negotiate and influence with cross functional and external stakeholders
