The Woolworths Property team is accountable for all property undertakings across the Group.

What you’ll do:
We are looking for sharp professionals to join our Asset Management function. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the management, leasing, lease administration, and disposal of property assets owned or controlled by Woolworths.

Asset Performance: Drive proactive management of shopping centres and retail properties to maximise total returns and long-term value.
Vendor Management: Oversee external Property Managers, Facility Managers, and Leasing Agents to ensure strict KPI compliance.
Strategic Planning: Help develop and execute Strategic Asset Plans and Leasing strategies across the portfolio
Financial Control: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting across the portfolio
"Ready for Sale" Standards: Ensure assets are ready for sale from a compliance, presentation and financial basis.
Portfolio Optimisation: Review lease expiries, minimise vacancies, and curate the optimum tenancy mix to drive rental growth.
Capital & Safety Execution: Manage capital and operating expenditure to meet acceptable presentation standards and OH&S requirements.
Stakeholder & Growth Focus: Maintain strong tenant relationships, manage new centre openings, and optimise centre marketing to drive customer traffic.
What you’ll bring:
A minimum of 3 years experience in Retail or Commercial Asset Management with a detailed understanding of property management.
Strong financial and analytical skills in MS Office/ Google, particularly Excel and relevant financial models.
Ability to utilise AI capabilities to improve efficiencies in workflow and processes.
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills (written and spoken).
Demonstrate solid business acumen and have a strong work ethic.
Ability to operate both autonomously and collaboratively.
Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, external consultants and retailers.
Being proactive, showing initiative and having very good attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all people's systems.
Proven planning and problem solving skills with the ability to follow through and close things out appropriately.
