What you’ll do
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets by combining a drive for new business with high-quality service for existing partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, maintaining a consistent market presence to present Cartology’s unique proposition to key agency stakeholders.
Drive revenue and growth by managing robust pipelines, responding to agency briefs with compelling, data-driven stories, and negotiating to win majority share.
Strategic relationship management to maintain strong agency partnerships and ensure your portfolio is consistently updated on Cartology’s evolving offering.
Commercial planning including weekly forecasts and quarterly business and engagement plans to identify opportunities and proactively address revenue gaps.
Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (including operations, product, and finance) to deliver strategic proposals and post-campaign reports that drive repeat business.
What you’ll bring
We are looking for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a high level of resilience and energy, able to navigate complex data to provide clarity for clients while maintaining a genuine, "one-team" collaborative mindset.
Proven experience in media sales and marketing solutions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link performance metrics to business results and use customer reach data to influence decisions.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to simplify complex information and act as a persuasive trusted advisor to agency partners.
Planning and prioritisation skills, with a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to deliver high-quality commercial outcomes.
