What you’ll do

  • Support the Business Development team in executing the Primary Connect growth strategy 
  • Maintain and grow strong, effective and collaborative strategic relationships with allocated Temperature Control customers 
  • Work collaboratively with customers to set and deliver the agreed joint business plan and strategic priorities
  • Set monthly business performance review and quarterly strategic meetings with customers
  • Support delivery of the temperature controlled category financial targets


What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in logistics or as an account manager within the transport or manufacturing industry
  • Experience in managing customer/supplier external relationships
  • The ability to build strategic, sustainable, trusting relationships
  • Be able to problem solve, demonstrating drive and urgency
  • Commercial and analytical acumen
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
