What you’ll do
Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure accurate data entry for new and existing articles, utilizing proficiency in systems like SAP, Partner Hub, Google, and Microsoft.
Work closely with the Category Management team to develop and execute promotional plans, managing system load-ins and overseeing catalogue sign-offs (including Cartology marketing assets and Terms & Conditions).
Partner seamlessly with internal teams, external suppliers, and Category Managers to drive commercial value, achieve team objectives, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for daily store inquiries and manage the Gift Card inbox to efficiently resolve customer complaints and queries.
Navigate and resolve legal queries specific to the Gift Card category, ensuring all promotional and marketing materials remain compliant.
What you’ll bring
Willingness to learn and collaborate with the wider team and adapt with changing conditions
Previous administration experience and be highly organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously
A passion for retail
Strong commercial acumen and proficient with excel and google environment
Skilled professional with passion for customers
Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
