What you’ll do | Hei mahi

As our Assistant Marketing Manager - In-Store Customer Experience, you will manage and execute all point-of-sale activities, working with a range of stakeholders to bring campaigns to life. Use your creativity and understand the print process to ensure all in-store materials are executed flawlessly.

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of in-store campaigns and point-of-sale

  • Work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders, from operations to marketing peers to print partners/external suppliers

  • Use your creativity and production knowledge to bring briefs to life

  • Support local area marketing initiatives, including store launches and renewals

  • Understand the retail environment, path to purchase and shopper journey 

 

What you’ll bring | Hei koha

  • Experience working in/with marketing and production in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfort in managing a wide variety of in-store marketing enquiries from peers and partners

  • Managing of regional campaigns (print, media and agency briefing) and exposure to campaign/print production

  • Being teachable and eager to learn as you work with an experienced team

  • Bringing your passion for retail and creativity to the shop floor

  • A process-driven and detailed approach to project management

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
