What you'll do
This role is responsible for supporting the social media manager and overall social marketing team in the end to end delivery of Social Media marketing activity for Woolworths Group, working predominately across the AU Food portfolio. This includes assisting in the execution of for best-in-class creative and media execution of Social activity, including Paid, Organic, Influencer, Creator and UGC campaigns. Adhering to established operational processes and ways of working across the broader team.
Contribute to social media planning by coordinating timelines, assets & external teams to support the Social Media Manager.
Coordinate materials for agency briefings and support day to day agency communications.
Support Social Media Manager in reviewing work, checking against debriefs and accuracy.
Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
Support with reporting, compiling raw data and initial performance summaries (for organic and in conjunction with digital media teams on paid).
Support the rest of the team in monitoring social channels for brand mentions, competitor activity and industry trends (via native platforms and third party tools).
What you'll bring
Several years of social media expertise. General social media exposure and paid experience required
Interest in and basic understanding of influencer, creator, and UGC
Experience in coordinating the planning and production of social content
Experience in managing the dispatch of social campaigns, including reviewing, approving and troubleshooting ad previews
Proficient in basic content creation skills (i.e. ability to use native platform tools for creation, CapCut or simple video editing).
Proficient in social media management and social listening tools - i.e. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Brandwatch etc (desirable)
