The Opportunity

 

As a Marketing Executive in the Everyday Rewards Program Marketing team, this role is responsible for supporting the execution and optimisation of Product, Proposition and Go-to-Market campaigns for Everyday Rewards to drive adoption, educate, engage and inspire members and prospects. The primary focus for the role will be on BTL and paid digital marketing channels.

 

What you'll do

 

  • The ideating, briefing and execution of go-to-market campaigns, while supporting your squad on broader strategic pieces of work.
  • Partner with Everyday Rewards businesses, agencies and the Everyday Brand & Marketing Tribe to successfully deliver campaigns, communications and creative.
  • Deliver presentations on activity, reporting and performance.
  • Support the socialisation of work internally to gain cross-functional support and engagement.
  • Lead the culture and actively engage in wider leadership beyond your formal remit.

 

What you'll bring

 

  • Lead by example with a positive ‘roll up your sleeves’ can do attitude.
  • 3-5+ years marketing experience in digital marketing and GTM (or similar roles).
  • End-to-end campaign management experience including strategic brief writing, creative evaluation, production and measurement.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to a broad and diverse stakeholder network that sits across a wide range of experience levels.
  • Understanding of legal compliance processes and how to mitigate risk
