What you’ll do

  • Work with Brand and Design Manager to deliver end-to-end design solutions for MILKRUN across a variety of activities, from EDMs, digital banners, social content, print media, website maintenance, product imagery, and visual brand communications.
  • Design animations including video creation for promotions (After Effects)
  • Deliver on design briefs including specifications, requirements and deadline targets
  • Conceptualise new creative ideas based on marketing requirements and deliverables within brand guidelines and framework
  • Design offline collateral including but not limited to flyers, pamphlets, POS
  • Design OOH media collateral including bus signs, billboards, van wraps etc.
  • Design digital media collateral including but not limited to website banners, display assets, social, and eDM
  • Work closely on CRM strategy to optimise automated content design
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing channels to strategise new creative concepts to drive conversion
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to produce co-branded content
  • Handling product photo shoots
  • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work


What you’ll bring

  • Experience as a Graphic designer within retail / agency / customer centric brand environment
  • Ability to work systematically within brand guidelines
  • Strong Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects skills
  • Photography skills will be an advantage
  • Web Design experience will be an advantage
  • High level of tenacity
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good team player, but able to operate under minimum supervision
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
