What you’ll do

We partner with dynamic suppliers to develop a range of Woolworths Vendor Branded products, which meet the ongoing and changing needs of Woolworths customers.

• Work closely with your Category Manager , Assistant Category Manager & Suppliers to deliver as a team, drive value and a great customer experience
• Enter data and ensure accuracy in existing and new article set up, assist and support the wider team to deliver range reviews
• Manage deadlines and key deliverables by appropriate prioritisation and time management
• Be proficient in administrative systems (such as SAP and Partner Hub) that manage data in addition to software suites such as Google and Microsoft
• Develop professional working relationships with suppliers, provide timely and efficient responses to suppliers and internal stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• Willingness to learn and collaborate with the wider team and adapt with changing conditions
• Previous administration experience and be highly organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong commercial acumen and proficient with excel and google environment
• Skilled professional with passion for customers
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
