What you’ll do 

You will be responsible for the quality delivery of marketing campaigns, and the associated post campaign reporting. You will interrogate and utilise various sources of customer data which will enable smart campaign targeting, optimisation, and reporting.


Working with both technical and non-technical team members in the design and implementation of marketing campaigns for Rewards members.


  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns through campaign builds and/or pre and post campaign analytics.

  • Work collaboratively with your delivery squad, including campaign managers, channel builders and creatives, in the formation and delivery of marketing campaigns.

  • Seek out and identify opportunities for improving the campaign delivery process by introducing automation and streamlining / optimising workflows via engineering and AI.

  • Follow established procedures in the campaign delivery process.

  • Participate in peer review process to ensure campaign targeting criteria are correctly applied to the audience.



What you’ll bring 

A balance of technical skills and analysis, as well as excellent stakeholder management and the ability to  seek out and identify opportunities for improving the campaign delivery process by introducing automation and streamlining / optimising workflows via engineering and AI.


  • Ability to translate marketing requirements needs into data solutions 

  • Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business

  • 3-5+ years of experience in campaign delivery, with a proven track record of quality campaign execution, automation, and process optimisation

  • Experience working in an agile environment and navigating a complex organisational structure

  • Core competences in  SQL (BigQuery), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Python

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering).

  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and big data technologies
