  • Nights -  Tuesday to Saturday 9pm to 5.30am

What you’ll do  

  • Responsible for optimal inventory management  including the review of slotting performance,  and achieving key targets on throughput

  • Responsible for ensuring team compliance with all Woolworths safety and food safety policies and procedures.

  • Accountable for supporting the team in the resolution of BCP Management Strategies

  • Leading and supporting  implementation,  innovation, and embedding continuous improvements in your areas of control. 

  • Managing daily fresh production, inbound volume and inventory accuracy across the CFC 

 

What you’ll bring 

  • Ability to create a vision and coach, motivate and inspire a team to stretch their capabilities and unleash their potential

  • Lead, and develop team to foster an inclusive and diverse culture within the CFC

  • Experience working to a budget to achieve business targets

  • Experience working in a fast paced and changing environment, whilst ensuring key deliverables are met

  • Experience in leading shift teams as part of a 24 hr operational business
