What you'll do
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work with business and technology stakeholders for delivery of business requirements which form the basis of change to business processes, policies or systems, to ensure that the delivered solution meets the needs of the business.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Collaborate with Business stakeholders and the Project team to provide concept, feasibility analysis and functional requirements for initiatives.
Elicit, analyse, communicate and validate the requirements for changes to business systems, processes and policies.
Develop Business and process requirements, QA of proposed solutions and Test scenarios.
Plan project deliverables and improvements for BAs under your guidance
Supervise, guide and quality review all tasks and deliverables produced by BAs under your guidance
What you’ll bring
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a similar sized environment
SDLC experience and modern software development methodologies
Agile experience.
Experience in Retail and/or Supply Chain is desirable
Tertiary level qualifications in IT, Science, or Engineering.
