  • Providing technical advice to internal teams and suppliers, resolving complex questions regarding animal welfare and human rights due diligence.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to translate sustainability credentials into credible, engaging customer communications and touchpoints.
  • Supporting accurate tracking and reporting on sustainability commitments, highlighting risks and maintaining business licensing for schemes like Rainforest Alliance
  • Supporting delivery of the 2030 Sustainability Strategy across its focus areas, as required.

  • Proven background in sustainable business, sustainable/responsible sourcing or adjacent functions including risk, compliance, or supply chain.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and assess sustainability risks and opportunities.
  • Exemplary communication skills, with experience managing change and translating technical insights into action plans.
  • High level of integrity and emotional intelligence, with the ability to prioritise work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
