What you'll do | Hei mahi
- Lead Inventory & Production Accuracy: Conduct audits, finalise production plans (Meat & Bakery), ensure ticketing accuracy, and collaborate on online order fulfillment to minimise discrepancies.
- Optimise Replenishment & Presentation: Prioritise stock replenishment, ensure proper rotation and high-standard merchandising, focusing on fresh food, essentials, and promotions.
- Champion Freshness & Visual Merchandising: Oversee fresh stock quality, production alignment, planogram accuracy, store cleanliness, and campaign execution to enhance customer experience.
- Drive Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving: Provide guidance to teams, resolve escalated issues, and conduct health checks to continuously improve functional performance.
- Contribute to Store Leadership & Team Collaboration: Act as Acting Store Manager when scheduled and actively participate in team collaboration initiatives.
