Customs Broker (Norwest)


  • Opportunity for a licensed customs broker to join our well established customs team
  • Hybrid role 3 days per week in our Norwest Office

Primary Connect+ is our retailer-agnostic, technology-driven commercial business within Primary Connect. Our team works together to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions for more than 1,300 food and retail customers.


What you’ll do 

  • Customs clearance including biosecurity clearance
  • Compile classify and lodge all types of shipments
  • Process duty refund applications
  • Apply for Tariff Concessions
  • Lodge Tariff Advices
  • Utilise the  Free Trade Agreement


What you’ll bring

  • Current ABF Customs broker license with minimum 3 years of lodging experience
  • DAFF biosecurity accreditations
  • CargoWise One system experience is essential
  • Excellent classification, compiling and valuation skills
  • High degree of numeracy, literacy and consistency
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail.
