What you’ll do
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll solve complex technical problems, guiding the team toward well-architected solutions. You will set the benchmark for coding and testing standards across the Capacity & Order Management Sub Domain, ensuring adherence to engineering patterns and guardrails for high-quality, fast-paced delivery. Leveraging extensive experience, you will design, develop, and deliver software solutions aligned with business objectives, contribute to architectural decisions, champion best practices, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of innovation.
Collaborate & Mentor: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholdersLead the way in software development, designing and delivering innovative solutions.
Shape the future by architecting and implementing scalable, high-performing software.
Champion quality and best practices, ensuring elegant and maintainable code.

What You’ll Bring
As Staff Engineer you will have 10+ years experience building robust and scalable platforms with microservices for large enterprises with proven ability with the following:
Cloud & Event-Driven Architecture Expertise: Deep understanding of event-based architectures (Azure Event Hubs/Service Bus) and cloud-native development (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP). Experience building scalable applications using C#.NET, Typescript and NodeJS
Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Proven track record of mentoring engineers and leading large-scale technical initiatives.
Robust Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of security, monitoring, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), SQL Server, and NoSQL databases for efficient data modeling and management.
API & Development Best Practices: Expertise in API maintenance, testing, and best practices.
Agile & Domain-Driven Design Mindset: Embraces Agile principles and practices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement, with familiarity in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts for accurate business domain modeling.
