Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain, and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. We’re the crucial link between our stores and the stock they need, the IT engine moving our business forward, the strategic connectors streamlining the way we work, and the forward thinkers using tech to transform the retail experience. What you’ll do:
This role is responsible for the technical aspects of the development, lifecycle and operations of security data and robotic automation products and services in the Woolworths environment. This includes SIEM products such as Splunk and Google Google Secops ( Chronicle) as well as Google Cloud Platform products such as BigQuery, Bindplane and VertexAI
You will:
- Be a technical lead in the team and will work to deliver quality, innovative data products and services
- Own Information management, and delivery of advanced data analysis
- Solve problems with innovative solutions with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Drive efficiencies through process improvement and enhancements and automation in support of maximizing effectiveness.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience working with Cyber Security teams, and a good understanding of Cyber threat and posture.
- Experience working with scripting and automation tools as well as Data platforms and complex data integration
- Broad knowledge and confidence of a number of data and automation applications and tools.
- 10+ years experience developing and operating applications and tools in a large enterprise environment.
- Experience in managing significant security incidents
- Strong understanding of information security
- Ability to learn new technologies and problem solve through breaking down complex systems.
- Demonstrated capability or exposure to working in virtual agile teams to deliver against this vision would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence across a matrix organisation to gain consensus
