What you’ll do

We are seeking for a Project Manager - Diagnostic, Design and Delivery (12 month-secondment opportunity) to work in partnership with a vast array of stakeholders within the business to be accountable for developing and running detailed project plans aligned to building pay confidence to our team members, shareholders and customers, which falls under the E2E Workforce Solutions Tribe.

In this role you will ensure sustainable solutions are delivered that have considered business related items and are facilitated in line with the solutions roadmap.

Key accountabilities of this position include:

  • Development of project approach and documentation, including governance structures, project charters, project plans, risk register, stakeholders, team / SME structure and cadences using established templates and systems

  • Coordinating with delivery partners and solutions squads to ensure key milestones are included in the master project plan, along with establishing and running the project working group and other required forums

  • Facilitating delivery against the project plan, working closely with delivery partners to manage the progress against agreed timelines

  • Coordinating updates in response to changes in priorities and scope to ensure the business outcome resulting from the proposed solution is optimised for the business at all times

  • Help ensure a single source of truth is maintained through collaborating closely with delivery partners

 

What you’ll bring

  • 5 years experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Management fields in Culture and People in transformation programs

  • Strong track record of supporting the delivery of fast paced continuous improvement activities in a commercial or consulting capacity, using the Agile methodology

  • Experience facilitating multi disciplinary teams, with broad knowledge of the People Systems domain

  • Results oriented and ability to work to tight timeframes, work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Effective communication skills, organisational capabilities, analytical/reporting/problem solving capabilities, along with the ability to effectively influence others to achieve the required outcomes
