What you'll do
In the role of Product Manager - Personalisation Decision Engine (9-month fixed-term), you will be responsible for the evolution of our personalisation, powering highly tailored, below-the-line communications at scale.
This role is central to enabling “Member First” personalisation: intelligent decisioning of what offer, content, or communication customers to receive, based on data, business strategy, commercial evaluation and evolving customer behaviours.
You’ll partner with subject matter experts across engineering, data and delivery to evolve and expand personalisation engines across Woolworths Group to enable more effective, efficient, and impactful personalised marketing experiences for our members and customers, ensuring our solutions are trusted, connected and commercially valuable.
Key focus areas:
Collaborative End-to-end Design & Delivery: Partner closely with experts in engineering, data, channel delivery to validate, design and deliver engine initiatives.
Change Leadership: Support driving change through strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication.
Connected Ecosystem Thinking: Ensure delivered initiatives are fit-for-purpose, connected and integrated with the broader offers and communications ecosystem.
Operational Excellence: Build for automation, scale, low-touch operations and autonomous learning by designing engines capability and processes that are streamlined and robust. Establishing clear operational processes, observability standards, runbooks, version control of engine components that allow the platform to operate with consistency and confidence.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in product management, ideally in the domain of Data Science, Data-Driven Personalisation or Marketing Digital Products.
A demonstrable track record of successfully building platform components and running operational activities, with significant business results.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of an organisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with prioritisation and commercial acumen.
