About the role
The Key objective of the Flow Analyst is to monitor all areas of the E2E CFC operation and to ensure each area is performing at its optimal state and achieving all key metrics to meet despatch times. A secondary objective is to identify trends in operational performance deviations and distribute this data through accurate system reporting to the relevant leadership to determine the root cause. As a part of creating a safe working environment, all candidates for this role can expect to undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the day to day monitoring of systems/scada screens and equipment to achieve daily throughput outcomes
- Responsible for reporting on and communicating performance against the overall Operational Plan and specific KPIs (e.g.throughput), to the Operations Mgr.
- Responsible for Identifying improvement opportunities in the day to day Operations plan to meet inbound volume, decant volume, picking timeframes and dispatch windows.
- Responsible for analysing the impacts of unplanned outages/breakdowns and reporting on the progress against the revised Operational Plan.
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity within the IT systems to ensure a high quality of information
