Content Delivery Executive


  • 12 month fixed term contract opportunity with hybrid working

  • Sydney based - Surry Hills Location

This role will primarily assist the Publications and Content Manager in always ensuring the content creation process is in place, timely delivery of all content initiatives as well as standardising and improving current workflows to achieve efficiencies.


In this role, you will partner with multiple stakeholders to help facilitate creation and delivery of accurate and best in class content assets across all Cartology content channels, this role will serve as one of the key points of contact between creative agencies, delivery teams and external clients.

What you’ll do


As a Content Delivery Executive, your key responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:

  • Fresh Ideas Magazine: Coordinate and manage timelines, briefs, and asset delivery in alignment with internal processes and guidelines by collaborating closely with Campaign Management, Sales, and the Content team. Ensure advertising meets Woolworths' Brand, Legal, and Nutritional standards while maintaining a client-centric approach.


  • Social Media: Manage timely receipt and review of client briefs, facilitate  content creation and approvals, and provide regular status updates on campaign progress and inventory availability. Actively participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth implementation.


  • Standalone Catalogue: Support campaign execution by working with key teams to track booked campaigns, manage content delivery and approvals, and oversee the feedback and sign-off process both internally and externally.


  • Content Creation & Delivery: Assist with end-to-end content processes across all channels. Work with Sales and clients to gather briefs and assets, maintain production trackers, communicate timelines, and coordinate necessary approvals.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal teams including the Publications & Content Delivery Manager, CMI, Campaign Management, and external clients to ensure all campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and to brief.

  • Managing multiple competing priorities is a skill you have mastered. You are adept at balancing various projects and deadlines, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Your ability to prioritise and allocate resources efficiently is crucial to your success as a Content Delivery Executive.
