Cartology is the Woolworths Group’s new stand-alone media business and the exclusive media partner to Woolworths Supermarkets and BWS. Cartology has been established to provide data-led marketing solutions for FMCG and liquor brands to build brand equity and drive sales performance by leveraging the Woolworths customer audience both in-store and across Woolworths Group digital platforms.
As a member of the Cartology Sales team, reporting into the Group Client Partnerships Manager, the Client Partnerships Executive will support the team in managing client relationships and work with the wider business to deliver campaigns from brief through to results. You will work with the sales, operations and insight teams in order to deliver valuable outcomes for our clients.
What you’ll do:
As a member of the Cartology Sales team, Client Partnership Executives will support the team in managing client relationships and work with the wider business to deliver campaigns from brief through to results. You will work with the sales, operations and insight teams in order to deliver valuable outcomes for our clients. This role will report into the Group Client Partnerships Manager.
- Supporting the team in briefing campaigns across bookings team & production
- Day to day management of the relationship between vertical and operations teams
- Provide Partnership Managers with compliance reporting & escalate any issues or concerns
- Support the team with Salesforce data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation and assist in pipeline Management
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, wiki, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials with marketing
- Support Client Partnership Managers with deck creation, client meeting preparation and compliance reporting & escalate any issues or concerns
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a sales support or customer support/service role preferably within the media or tech industry
- Proficiency in full Google suite, with high level confidence in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics
- Ability to anticipate both client & sales team needs
- Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results
- Able to showcase professionalism through written and verbal content, at home and in office
