What you'll do

Cartology is looking to further expand its agency sales team with the appointment of an Account Manager. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets as set by your Group Sales Manager across a designated agency and client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively hunt for new business across both endemic and non-endemic categories to ensure majority share wins in the ROOH sector.

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with key agency stakeholders, positioning yourself as the ROOH trusted advisor in the market.

  • Respond to agency briefs by developing data-driven, compelling stories and negotiating effectively to secure business.

  • Provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts for the current quarter and actively track competitor activity across your portfolio.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Executive to manage the full campaign workflow, from brief response and negotiation through to post-campaign reporting, to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business.


What you'll bring

  • Good understanding of digital advertising and media sales together with knowledge of the data space as well as some foundational knowledge of the programmatic sector (pDOOH)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering revenue results

  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how performance metrics link to commercial business results

  • Superb presentation, interaction, and communication skills

  • Energised by an entrepreneurial environment

  • Proactive and has a pioneering spirit
