About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
The Transformation Business Partners are embedded in the most complex and strategically important parts of our business, i.e. those with a complex set of interconnected dependencies, complex transformation requirements, those which have a greater contribution to business performance, and which are aligned with broader / wider business strategies (i.e. Group alignment).
You will work closely with Business Unit leaders to coordinate, enable and continuously improve strategy to value execution. This will require you to use your extensive experience in translating organisational objectives and OKRs into actionable initiatives, helping your stakeholders and other senior leaders to prioritise and sequence the work, and to work with other Strategy and Transformation team members to align the strategic plans across the NZ business so that they are integrated and can be appropriately and effectively resourced and delivered.
Strategic enablement: Collaborate with BU senior leadership to refine plans, ensuring alignment with BU, NZ and Group Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Orchestrating quarterly planning: Ensure seamless integration between NZ and Group cadences (as required), fostering transparency and accountability throughout the Quarterly Delivery Cycle (QDC).
Transformation delivery: Serve as a trusted transformation partner, collaborating closely with delivery teams and leaders to unlock potential and accelerate progress. Leverage Platform teams as required to bring the right capabilities to the table to accelerate delivery.
Operating model embedding: Facilitate the implementation of optimised operating models that improve our business agility.
Strategic change management: Develop and implement change management strategies (with support from Change specialists / Transformation Consultants as needed), ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption of new initiatives.
