What you'll do
As the Senior Performance & Reward Advisor, you will be instrumental in the delivery and implementation of reward strategies that support talent management and enhance business performance. Build strong partnership with People Partners and business leaders to ensure timely and effective execution of reward programs and on the application of reward frameworks to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Assist in the design and implementation of bespoke reward initiatives to support attraction & retention objectives
Collaborate with the broader Performance & Reward team and the People Team to align reward programs with the People Strategy
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure equitable and competitive remuneration proposal
Manage the annual performance & remuneration review processes for assigned business portfolios
Provide input to performance and reward policy design and implementation
Design and deliver performance management and remuneration review training sessions for stakeholders including the broader People Team community and business leaders
What you'll bring
We are looking for an experienced reward manager or senior reward analysts who are ready for the next step up in their career. Experience in large complex organisations or retail industry would be highly regarded. You are someone with a knack for analytics and business partnering. You will also demonstrate:
Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to quickly build a strong rapport and establish credibility as a subject matter expert with business leaders, People Partners and other key stakeholders
Hands-on experience in supporting the design, development and implementation of remuneration programs, including annual incentives
Strong technical knowledge of relevant remuneration frameworks and policies,regulatory issues, best practice and industry trends
Strong track record of effectively managing complex internal relationships within a matrix reporting model
Strong problem solving, analytical and consulting skills, able to partner effectively with senior professionals to understand needs and deliver programs which meet or exceed expectations
