What you’ll do
As the Product Manager, you are the chief strategist and visionary for our product. You will own the entire product vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a clear mandate to drive significant business outcomes. By proactively identifying market opportunities and championing a deep understanding of our users, you will lead cross-functional teamsto build innovative and valuable solutions. This pivotal leadership role defines the "what" and "why" of our products, ensuring strategic alignment while empowering our technical teams to define the "how."
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy: Own, define, and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating business goals into actionable plans.
User Advocacy & Requirements: Define strategic business and user needs based on deep market analysis, clearly communicating the "what" and "why" to all teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and unify cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations) and secure buy-in from executive leadership.
Full Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and launch to post-launch analysis and continuous, data-driven iteration.
Market & User Insight: Develop a profound understanding of the market, competitors, and user needs through continuous research and feedback.
Business Outcome Accountability: Define, track, and be accountable for the key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success and drive core business goals.

Must-Have Capabilities:
Product Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager, demonstrating mastery of market analysis, user research, and strategic product development.
Exceptional Communication & Influence: Outstanding ability to influence, build consensus, and engage all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership.
Advanced Analytical Skills: A talent for translating complex data and user feedback into strategic insights and decisive, actionable plans.
Vision & Strategy Evangelism: Expertise in defining, articulating, and evangelising a compelling product vision that rallies the entire organisation.
Agile & Requirements Expertise: Deep experience defining strategic business requirements, epics, and user stories within an agile development environment.
Business Acumen & Outcome-Driven: A strong commercial mindset with a consistent track record of owning and achieving significant business outcomes.
Technical Partnership: A proven ability to lead and build strong, collaborative partnerships with engineering leaders, grounded in a firm understanding of the tech development lifecycle.
Prioritisation & ROI: Skill in ruthless prioritisation, clearly explaining trade-offs to stakeholders to reduce time-to-market and maximise ROI.
Leadership in Ambiguity: Confidence in navigating ambiguity, a bias for action, and the courage to take calculated "big bets" while iterating on outcomes.
