What you'll do
The Manager - Deal Management & Optimisation plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maximising profitability by ensuring efficient and effective deal management throughout the sales cycle. This individual is responsible for streamlining processes, optimising deal structures, negotiating trading agreements, and providing actionable insights to the sales team. Your expertise in deal structuring, negotiation strategies, and optimisation techniques will be instrumental in improving deal quality, securing trading terms, increasing win rates, and enhancing overall revenue performance. By implementing best practices and leveraging data-driven insights, you will contribute significantly to the Revenue Operations function's goal of driving sustainable growth and profitability.
Create comprehensive deal management frameworks and guidelines as well as develop strategies to improve deal quality, size, and profitability. Negotiate trading terms and agreements.
Review deal performance and post-mortem analyses, identify trends and patterns and implement strategies to improve performance
Implement and maintain efficient deal management systems and workflows, documentation of all deals to continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Create comprehensive reports on deal performance metrics. Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on deal trends and opportunities. Use data analytics to inform deal management strategies and decision-making
What you'll bring
You will be a strategic thinker with a talent for structuring and optimising complex deals. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify opportunities for improvement in deal processes and outcomes. You possess excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Your communication skills enable you to articulate complex deal structures clearly to both internal teams and clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple high-stakes deals simultaneously. Your passion for continuous improvement drives you to stay current with industry trends and best practices in deal management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales, deal management, business analysis, or related roles
Proven track record in optimising deal structures and improving win rates
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and deal management tools
