What you’ll do
This is a permanent full time role based in our Primary Connect Distribution center at Hoppers Crossing, Victoria. The role is rostered to work from Tuesday through to Saturday inclusive. The core in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with the flexibility to work from home on the remainder of the weekly roster.
In the role you will complete daily Time and Attendance tasks, adhering to all relevant processes while remaining compliant with Enterprise Agreements (EA) and governing factors. Specifically, you will:
- Process time and attendance data with exceptional accuracy using KRONOS, WMS, and Pyramid.
- Review and audit weekly Wage Costing Reports, identifying issues and implementing relevant fixes.
- Investigate and resolve payroll queries, providing supportive service to Site Management and Team Members.
- Collaborate with the Culture and People team to problem-solve and prevent recurring payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality while handling sensitive personal information.
What you’ll bring
- The ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, including Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards.
- Previous experience using an HRIS such as Kronos, SuccessFactors, or WMS would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills to meet strict payroll targets.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the team.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for open collaboration.
Must be able to work the roster required, Tuesday to Saturday inclusive and ability to work public holidays as required by the roster.
